Population Genomics#

Course Description#
This 3-day program is designed to introduce participants to key concepts and techniques in this field. Through a hands-on approach, participants will delve into various topics, population structure, introgression, and demographic modeling. The course aims to provide an overview of population genomics methods and their applications.
Objectives#
On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Target Audience#
- Open to the entire IRD community, with priority selection for members of the DIADE, PHIM, TRANSVIHMI, and MIVEGEC units.

- Knowledge of basic Linux commands and R
